Qflicks.co.uk is now powered by DVDs365.com. (What does this mean?) As a result there have been some changes to the website and to the billing company shown on your bank statement (The DVD Biz Ltd). Some examples of the website changes are shown below:
Logging on to Qflicks.co.uk is very similar to the old Qflicks.co.uk site.
Once you are logged into Qflicks.co.uk you can edit your account details, view your billing date and update your payment details in the 'My account' page.
You can add titles to your selection in various ways. You can use the Featured Collections and Genres on the left-hand side of the screen. Or you can search for a specific title. Or you may see a related title on the right hand side of the screen. We recommend that you have 20-50 titles in your selection at once. You can then change the order as before.
In the unlikely event of you encountering any problems with one of our DVDs, we have installed a feature called 'Report a Problem'. This will give an instant reply to a query you might have with a DVD problem. Please note: If the disc has a Qflicks label, email customersupport@qflicks.co.uk.
